Return & Exchange Policy
At Secret Desires, we prioritize your satisfaction while ensuring the highest hygiene standards. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items once they have been opened or used:
Lingerie & underwear
Sex toys
Lubricants & personal care items
Hosiery
Any intimate product with a hygiene seal that has been broken
Eligible Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or store credit.
Incorrect Item Received: If we send the wrong product, we will cover return shipping and send the correct item.
Unopened Items (Case-by-Case Basis): If the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, we may allow a return for store credit. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to inquire.

- Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
Refunds & Processing
Approved refunds are processed as store credit or a replacement—we do not issue cash refunds.
Returns due to incorrect ordering or buyer's remorse are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
Refunds/replacements are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
